I don't know why, but warriors seem to be hated, unused, and you never really see any fun events for them... They can't really heal themselves, they don't do much damage, and everyone thinks that they're worthless. My alliance pretty much wrote off Warriors and they only use me because I can Ursan. Everywhere I see that Paragons, Necromancers, Mesmers, Elementalists, pretty much every class, are rising to the top, while warrior just gets worse and worse. Is this true, because I really think I made a mistake by concentrating on my Warrior, if I won't see any use for me in Alliance runs.

Its just alll the bad warriors (mending frenzy healsig, i'm looking at you^^) seem to be catching up and making warriors seem bad.personally, If I pug, i wont take a warrior simply because of that reason (unless its ursan).

Eh, my character is usually a conjure W/E... I've been playing this character for about 2 years now, I started with W/E, and W/E has always been my favorite.

This is probably going to be another epic thread if it isn't closed.

Anyway, this has been brought up so many times. You're alliance probably consists of very inexperienced players. Warriors are still the best pressure/damage wise, they smash in faces in PvE, and they definently break necks in PvP. A lot of people play the Warrior class, a lot of people fail at it. Warriors are pretty much the same as they have always been, kings of damage, no matter what. And they always will be.

Warriors can do alot of damage, you're probably just using the wrong build.

Try to convince your warrior that your alliance can be useful, instead of just using ursan for them. As long as it's not tanking, because tanking fails.

Warriors really aren't the worst class, if you play them right, they can be one of the most valuable assets to a team, and people who have a clue know this. (no I'm not saying you don't have one)

Most people who play Guild Wars are "bad". They use inferior skills, poor builds, don't pull, etc. There are alot of warriors, they aren't nescesary for anything, and 99% of them are "bad". The average warrior is a waste of a party slot, and there are so many that there's no real community that would set up "fun events" (Assuming you mean stuff like all warrior clears) The few good standard warrior builds that there are, require very specific skill setups and few people use them. Because of this they are seldom accepted into parties and play solo/continue failing the same areas.

WOW, another player that has no clue...

Warriors deal the most dmg in the game.

They have good self healling, not great but then thats what monks are for.

They are usefull in every part of this game and if your Alliance has no use for them then they fail big time.

playing as i monk i most of the time observe the party and see that alot of warriors likes to go leeroy :/ anyhoo like any other class there are bad ones there are good ones *btw your not observant at all mesmer are the ones rarely seen in pve warriors are everywhere in my 2 years of playing I've only spot 2 pve memser :/*

Solutions offered. Closed to prevent future flames. If you have a specific build in mind, make a new post about it so people can fix it. Otherwise, asking is ____ the worst class doesn't offer any new insights besides the fact that people are prejudiced.
